Braw Cyber Security Ltd (trading as Kansei Link) is responsible for your data. We're registered in Scotland (company number SC890898) at 7 Home Farm Steadings, Blackridge, Bathgate, Scotland, EH48 3SG. Questions: [email protected].
What we keep
- Your order: name, email, country and what you bought, sent to us by Paddle. We use it to deliver your download, licence key and updates. Kept for 6 years, as tax law requires.
- Pro activations: your licence key and a random ID for each PC you activate. We use them to enforce the 2-PC limit. Kept while you use Pro, plus 12 months.
- Support emails: kept for 2 years after your last message.
- Website visits: counted by Cloudflare as totals only. No cookies, no tracking.
We keep this data to fulfil your order, to protect our software and website, and to meet tax law. We don't sell it, advertise to you, or send marketing unless you ask.
Your car data stays with you
Lap times, GPS traces and logs stay on your car and PC. We never receive them unless you send them to us.
Who else sees it
- Paddle shows our prices in your currency (it uses your IP address to find your country), takes your payment as our reseller, and is responsible for your payment details. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, runs licence checks and forwards our email.
- Google Workspace runs our email inbox.
These companies may process data outside the UK, including in the US, under approved safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the ICO.
Cookies
We use none for tracking or ads. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to block bots. Paddle's checkout sets the cookies it needs to take payment.
